Mr. Minchey brings with him an extensive background of experience and expertise to Five Star Gaming, Inc. Jim is a native to the local Las Vegas market. However he further enhanced his education and gaming experience during a 5 year stint in Minnesota through the height of the early 1990 Indian gaming expansions. That experience helps to offer his current insight and wisdom into gaming operations. After returning to Las Vegas, he was an opening Team Member at the Venetian Hotel and Casino. This "Las Vegas Strip" experience allowed Jim to further expand his ability to use that operational knowledge. His success in operations created the perfect opportunity for a transition into gaming equipment and software manufacturing. His continued success was evident as he has displayed confidence, creativity, and analytical prowess. After successfully climbing the manufacturing ranks prior to joining Five Star Gaming, Jim served as the Director of System Sales for Aristocrat Technologies. At Jim's departure, Aristocrat had grown to the number 3 gaming equipment and software manufacture globally.
Today, Jim continues to grow crediting the following list of skills as a part of his success. Jim's proven ability to communicate makes him ideal to serve as President for Five Star Gaming Inc. He understands the importance of cohesion between all areas of operational management. This makes Jim a great asset.
Prior to joining Five Start Gaming, Stephanie Minchey served as a Commercial Real Estate Agent, for Financial Marketing, Inc, (FMI) specializing in the assessment and sale of liquor and gaming properties, including raw land with gaming potential. Stephanie was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. She graduated from Valley High School and has completed several business classes including land development and real estate law. She decided to join her mother Sally Taylor in the real estate industry; she has undergone extensive mentoring under Sally Taylor, one of the foremost leading experts in the sale of liquor and gaming locations. Stephanie also continues to maintain her Nevada Real Estate license. As CEO and General Manager for Five Star Gaming Stephanie is responsible for the growth and expansion of our current and new locations, overseeing our premier customer loyalty and reward program "Easy Money Club" by Five Star Gaming, as well as the company's direct-mail campaigns, overall marketing strategy, and advancing the company's long-term growth strategies.
